LZG螺旋振動干燥機特點 Features
◎ 熱風多次穿過物料層與物料逆向流動，使熱交換充分，熱效率高。
◎ 結構緊湊，占地面積小。
◎ 物料在床內停留時間可調節，操作方便。
◎ 物料沿螺旋床自下而上作圓周運動的同時，自身也產生跳躍，從而增加了物料與熱風的接觸，增強了干燥效果。
◎ 連續的進出料適合于流水線，并且易達到GMP規范，可代替傳統的箱式干燥。
◎ 對物料的表面及形狀基本沒有損傷，不僅保證了丸劑的圓度，而且大大的降低了丸劑的破碎率。
